Location: Home Centre in Vanderhoof, BC

Job Overview: Reporting to the Hardware Manager you will be responsible to:

Demonstrate Four Rivers Co-operative’s values of R esponsibility, I ntegrity, S ervice, and E xcellence in everything

Receive inventory, investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, and process FCL claims as needed

Conduct inventory counts and accurately input data into software program

Ensure all item numbers match description and resolve discrepancies

Conduct location corrections and price confirmations as required

Review reports regularly to ensure any necessary corrections are completed

Participate in technical supports that oversee the software system

Assisting with cycle counts, file maintenance tasks, and receiving duties during the team leader’s leave

Work co-operatively with team members to deliver exemplary service to make all guests of our Co-op feel “at home here”

Positive attitude and proven ability to work with the team in a culture of sales and service

Maintain Four Rivers Co-op’s high standards for customer service

What You Bring:

Proficient in Microsoft office and various software programs
Knowledge of construction, hardware, agro and building materials is considered an asset

Appropriate computer skills and technical knowledge

Be a team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands in a busy environment

Self-motivated with the ability to work alone and as part of a team

Adaptable, organized, and efficient

A commitment to quality and an eye for detail

You are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
