Qualifications
To be successful in the role you will need to have the following criteria:

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 4 years of job-related experience

Hold an ICAO type II License

Good Knowledge of Aircraft Systems/ Aircraft Engines, maintenance environment constraints

Good knowledge of aircraft maintenance data.

Knowledge of Part M and Part-145 Regulations and functions.

Project management and execution

Excellent in decision making and strong analytical skills

Efficient communication and negotiation skills

Good technical report writing skills

Efficient in time management and above average ability to prioritize tasks.

Willingness to work or assist operations team outside normal working hours.

Ability to delegate work, set clear direction and manage workflow. Strong mentoring and coaching skills. Ability to train and develop subordinate's skills. Ability to foster teamwork among team members.
