Job Title: Chiropractic Technician Assistant

No prior chiropractic experience is required—we provide comprehensive training—but any relevant background is a plus!
Primary Responsibilities
Perform our specialized 3 Neurological Exam Technologies and Posture Analysis
Capture high-quality X-rays (training provided; experience valued)
Cross-Trained & Supporting Duties
Document medical notes and patient interactions
Handle emails, phone calls, and online/in-person customer service
Schedule appointments and assist the Front Desk team
Maintain an organized, welcoming office—including workspaces and storage areas
Provide patient education, manage accounts, and support care plans

This is a highly interactive, social position where you'll build meaningful relationships with practice members. You'll communicate value (including financial aspects of care), uphold extreme professionalism and maturity, and contribute to a high-energy team in a thriving office.

Schedule & Commitment
Approximately 30–35 hours per week
Core days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday (~7:30 AM – 6:15 PM, with 1-hour unpaid lunch)
3-day weekends ~90% of the time (Friday mornings are currently limited hours, subject to future change; occasional weekend practice events)

Requirements
Strong work ethic and ability to stay calm and efficient in a busy setting
Willingness to be coached, receive feedback, and continuously improve
Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office suite, Gmail) and comfort learning new chiropractic software
Compensation
Starting at $20/hour during the 90-day probationary period
Post-probation: $22–$24/hour based on experience and performance review
Opportunity for revenue sharing after 1 year, with potential to reach $36+/hour
