· Manage day-to-day accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.
· Ensure timely closure of books and submission of management reports.
· Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT and other statutory compliances including filings, returns, and assessments.
· Coordinate with auditors (internal, statutory, and tax auditors) and ensure timely completion of audits.

· Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
· Support management in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting.
· Assist in implementation and improvement of accounting systems and processes.
· Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
· Prepare and review inventory workings/ analysis.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (M.Com / CA Inter / CMA preferred).
· 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
· Strong knowledge of Indian taxation (GST, TDS), statutory compliance, and accounting standards.
· Experience working with ERP/accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, Zoho, or similar).
· Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting tools.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
