Role Overview
We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage end-to-end order processing and logistics coordination. The role involves handling orders from processing to final delivery, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and delivery partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Processing & Dispatch
Sort and process incoming orders accurately
Generate shipping labels and coordinate with dispatch team
Ensure no order is missed or delayed
2. Pickup & Logistics Coordination
Coordinate daily pickups with courier partners
Resolve issues related to weight discrepancies, failed pickups, etc.
Ensure all orders are handed over for dispatch
3. Tracking & Delivery Management
Monitor shipments until successful delivery
Track returns, RTOs, and delivery exceptions
Take necessary action to resolve delays or issues
Requirements
Prior experience in operations / logistics / order processing (mandatory)
Strong computer skills (Excel, shipping panels, dashboards, etc.)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Disciplined and execution-focused
Ability to handle high order volumes
Location: Okhla, South Delhi (On-site : work from office)
