Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Manager who can drive our digital growth, lead performance marketing initiatives, and ensure impactful brand storytelling aligned with our premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
Develop and execute platform-specific strategies aligned with brand identity
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & Pinterest
Plan and oversee high-quality visual content (rugs, interiors, lifestyle)
Track engagement, trends, and optimize performance
Performance Marketing (Paid Ads)
Plan & execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.
Optimize for leads, traffic & conversions (domestic + export markets)
Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
Analyze performance and derive actionable insights
Branding & Digital Strategy
Ensure consistent premium branding across all digital channels
Collaborate with design, product & sales teams
Drive campaigns for both B2B (exports/wholesale) & B2C segments
Strengthen Kaleen India’s global brand positioning
What We’re Looking For
✔ 6+ years of experience in digital marketing (lifestyle/home décor/luxury preferred)
✔ Strong expertise in social media & paid advertising
✔ Excellent sense of visual storytelling & brand aesthetics
✔ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager & ad platforms
✔ Strong analytical, creative & communication skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing & e-commerce platforms
Experience in interiors, textiles, or design industry
