Branch Relationship Executive
As a Branch Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and job seekers in the blue grey collar jobs industry. You will work closely with the recruitment team to ensure the best match between candidates and job opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
Source and screen candidates for blue grey collar job openings
Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates
Negotiate job offers and finalize placements
Provide ongoing support to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
Good to have:
Previous experience in blue grey collar recruitment
Knowledge of relevant industry trends and regulations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Proven track record of achieving recruitment targets
