Job description:

Assemble components, sub-assemblies, and final battery packs according to manufacturing drawings, BOMs, and SOPs.
Work with electro-mechanical parts, wiring, connectors, battery cells, modules, and pack housings.
Follow defined assembly sequences, torque settings, and quality checkpoints.
Use hand tools, power tools, and test equipment for assembly and initial checks.
Inspect and verify parts and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications; report defects or deviations.
Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to safety and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) guidelines.
Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to suggest improvements in assembly processes.
Complete production documentation and assembly records accurately.
Assist in testing and functional verification of assembled units (basic electrical checks).
