Job Description
Acting as the P&L head of the branch and ensure smooth branch operation.
Liaison with the operations and Sales team to enhance operational activities of the branch, soliciting new business and managing existing clients.
Facilitating in preparing sales plan and working with sales personnel to meet or exceed the annual branch revenue.
Preparing and presenting a clear and persuasive presentations to customers and negotiating to enhance profitability.
Meeting with top clients linked with the branch and providing outstanding customer service.
Representing the branch on meetings, taking care of escalated client concerns, and improving activities such as branch growth, profit, achievement of DSO, and disbandment control.
Bringing put the best of branch team members by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation
