Job Role: Patient Counsellor – Aesthetic Clinic

Employer: Hair & Skin Clinic

Location: Manak Vihar, Extension, New Delhi, Delhi, 110018 (Near Subhash Nagar Metro)

Salary: Competitive, as per skills and exp. + Performance-based incentives

Working Schedule

· 6 days a week

· 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM

· Weekly off on a weekday

Role Overview

Skulpted by Kan is looking for an experienced Sales Counsellor / Patient Counsellor to manage patient consultations, guide clients on aesthetic treatments, and convert inquiries into treatment bookings.

This role is ideal for professionals who are confident in patient interactions, skilled in consultative sales, and experienced in handling aesthetic or dermatology clinic services.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle patient inquiries via walk-ins, phone calls, and WhatsApp

· Conduct consultations and guide patients on suitable aesthetic treatments

· Explain treatment plans, packages, pricing, and expected outcomes

· Convert consultations into paid procedures and treatment plans

· Coordinate appointments with doctors and clinic staff

· Manage leads generated from Instagram, Meta Ads, and website inquiries

· Maintain regular follow-ups with potential patients

· Track conversions and maintain patient records

· Contribute to achieving monthly clinic revenue targets

Required Experience

· 2–4 years of experience in aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinics as sales or patient counselling job

· Strong sales and consultation skills

· Excellent spoken English & Hindi, and strong interpersonal abilities

· Ability to explain treatments clearly and build patient trust

· Experience with lead management and follow-ups

· Working knowledge of Google Sheet & MS Excel and familiarity of CRM tools is a plus

· Experience handling consultations for treatments such as:

Ø Laser hair reduction

Ø Skin treatments / facials

Ø Hair treatments

Ø Botox / fillers

Ø Hair transplant consultations

Ø Body contouring or aesthetic procedures
