Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Executive who can handle client inquiries, convert leads into bookings, and drive revenue growth for our wedding planning services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a good understanding of client handling in the wedding or event industry.
Key Responsibilities
Manage incoming leads from calls, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other platforms
Understand client requirements and suggest suitable wedding planning services
Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
Prepare and present customized proposals to clients
Conduct client meetings (in-person and virtual)
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners
Achieve monthly sales targets
Maintain proper records of leads and client interactions
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales (Wedding/Event industry preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Presentable and confident personality
Ability to understand luxury client expectations
Basic knowledge of wedding trends and decor
Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms
Self-motivated and target-oriented
