Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Picture Framer to join our team. This role combines hands-on framing work with customer service and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, friendly, and comfortable working with both people and precise measurements.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in selecting framing options and provide knowledgeable recommendations
Assembling frame components, fitting, cleaning and finishing frame jobs
Deliver excellent customer service in person, by phone, and via email
Accurately measure artwork and framing components
Input job details, measurements, and orders into the POS system
Prepare work orders and maintain organized records
Handle general administrative tasks such as invoicing and order tracking
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of orders
Qualifications

Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable with basic math and measuring (must be comfortable using metric measurements)
Experience with POS systems or willingness to learn
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
Previous framing, retail, or design experience is an asset but not required
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
