Sales & Design Coordinator

We are a Toronto-based custom apparel production company specializing in custom t-shirts, hoodies, embroidery, and DTF printing.

Our production facility serves businesses, schools, events, and brands across Canada with fast local production and fulfillment.

We are looking for a Sales & Design Coordinator to support customer communication, artwork preparation, and order coordination.

This role is ideal for someone with a design background who enjoys working with customers and brands.

Responsibilities

Communicate with customers via email and phone regarding custom apparel orders
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
Prepare quotes and follow up on customer inquiries
Assist customers with artwork preparation and basic design adjustments
Create mockups for customer approval
Prepare artwork files for order production
maintain and update the Shopify website, including product listings, descriptions, pricing, and images.
Requirements

Background in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field
Experience using Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop / Canva
Strong customer communication skills
Fluent English writing and speaking ability
Organized and detail-oriented
Ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
Language Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Mandarin skills for internal team communication
Our team communicates in both English and Mandarin, so bilingual communication is important for this role.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in custom apparel / printing industry
Familiar with Shopify
Experience working with logos, branding, or merch design

$40,000 – $45,000 per year (depending on experience)
