Summary
Miik Inc. is hiring a Graphic Designer and Video Editor. This is a full-time, permanent role working hybrid at both our head office in Etobicoke and remotely.
Reporting directly to the Creative Marketing Manager, you will be the creative engine of our visual content. This role requires a blend of graphic design and dynamic video editing. You will work closely with the Creative Team to translate marketing strategies into polished visual stories, ensuring the Miik brand remains elevated and consistent across all platforms.

In this role you will:
Graphic Design: Create high-converting digital assets including paid media graphics and videos, email newsletters, still image graphics and website banners.
Video Production: Edit dynamic short-form video content for paid advertisements and social organic content.
AI Integration: Explore and adopt AI-driven tools to streamline image and video workflows that keep Miik at the forefront of digital content.
Brand Continuity: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all touchpoints.
Content Capture: Utilize your photography and videography skills to capture high-quality photos and video.
Systems Management: Quickly learn and adapt to our internal project management and marketing software.
Do you have the skills to succeed? We’d love to work with you if you:
Education: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design or an adjacent creative field (e.g., Visual Communications, Digital Media).
Experience: Have 2–4+ years of professional experience in a business or agency setting.
Technical Mastery: Possess expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
Technically Agile: Have a proven ability to learn new programs and adapt to the evolving world of AI and automation.
Strong Portfolio: Can provide a portfolio that shows a consistent aesthetic across social media, video, and graphic design assets.
Industry Specific:
A passion for fashion! Experience in fashion or retail is considered an asset.
Experience in photography, art direction, videography is an asset.
Outgoing personality, comfortable being both in front of and behind to camera is an asset.
