A-1 Machine & Welding Machine Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Counter Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working with customers and supporting shop operations.

Key Responsibilities

Assist walk-in and phone-in customers with inquiries, orders, and quotations
Review and interpret technical drawings to understand customer requirements
Prepare and provide drawings or coordinate with the shop team for solutions
Communicate effectively with customers regarding specifications, timelines, and pricing
Coordinate with production and estimating teams to ensure accurate order processing
Maintain organized records of customer requests and orders
Support general front desk operations as needed
Qualifications

Ability to read and understand technical drawings (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic knowledge of fabrication, machining, or welding processes is an asset
Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and as a team player
Proficient in basic computer applications (Excel, email, etc.)
