Retail Sales Associate

Crown Vapour is looking for full-time/part-time team members for our location in Kindersley.

Duties include retail sales of vape products, opening & closing store, and cleaning.

No experience required. Retail Experience is an asset

Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers in selecting, purchasing, and understanding various vaping products.
Educate customers on different vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories, explaining their features, benefits, and usage.
Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including product displays, shelves, and counters.
Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and manage inventory levels.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulations related to vaping products.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and provide solutions or guidance effectively.
Requirements:

Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge or interest in vaping products and their usage.
Ability to work in a team and independently.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Pay: From $15.35 per hour
