Order office supplies and maintain inventory
Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations
Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
Maintain and manage digital database
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Organize conferences and meetings
Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
Transfer handwritten data to Excel or Word documents
Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and administer contracts and other documents
Coordinate the flow of information
