The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Warehouse Storeperson to join the team at Somerton VIC

Role responsibilities

Order picking
Operation of MHE (Order Picker and Forklift)
Assisting with loading and unloading trucks or other transportation vehicles
Labelling and storing parts accurately
Completing and verifying paperwork to ensure accurate tracking of parts in the warehouse and to our customers
Packing & wrapping parts for distribution
General warehouse duties as required
Does this sound like you?

Previous Warehousing experience in a fast pace environment - essential
LF Licences (Forklift) - essential
LO Licence (Order Picker) - desirable
Mechanical experience is a desirable
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to work alone and as part of a team
Eye for detail - with quality control inspection of all parts carried out before leaving warehouse
Ability to communicate effectively
Understanding safe work practices - OH&S
Automotive knowledge would be advantageous for this role
