Restoration Technician / Labourer / Cleaner

Leader Restoration is a rapidly growing restoration company that has been specialising in insurance repairs for over 20 years. We are seeking a Restoration Technician to join our dynamic team in a permanent full-time role. We are based in Beenleigh and service Brisbane, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Ipswich, and surrounding areas.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

A strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
A keen eye for detail and quality workmanship
The ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Willingness to learn and grow into a fully qualified Restoration Technician
Experience in labouring, restoration, or cleaning (preferred but not essential)
Key Duties Include:

Water extraction and structural drying
Building strip-outs and general labouring tasks
Cleaning and restoration of contents, carpets, and upholstery
Packing and moving items for restoration projects
Using technology to track job progress and updates
Following safety and compliance procedures at all times
