POSITION SUMMARY
As a truck driver and labourer, you will support daily site operations by safely transporting materials, and assisting with general labour tasks across our landscaping projects with other members of the team when not in the truck. This position reports directly to the Site Foreman.

EXPECTATIONS
● Safely operate the company truck / trailer for material pick-ups, deliveries, and site runs.
● Assist onsite with labouring tasks such as unloading materials, site preparation, and general support.
● Communicate clearly with the Foreman about delivery schedules, site needs, and any issues.
● Maintain cleanliness and care of the truck and tools.
● Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
● Work independently when needed and manage time efficiently.
● Use hand tools and powered equipment safely and correctly.

● Good understanding of safe operation of vehicles, hand tools, and power tools.
● Physically capable and motivated.
● Able to take initiative on site and keep the project moving forward with production.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
● Minimum 3 years experience in driving, labouring, construction, or landscaping (preferred).
● Valid Driver’s Licence (MR licence or higher).
● Experience working within a construction, landscaping, or similar environment (preferred).
● Company-provided training available.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to spend prolonged periods standing, walking, and performing manual labour.
● Must be able to lift and move up to 20kg.
