Warehouse Operative / Order Picker

QHDC Australia is a Gold Coast based business specialising in Shopping Trolley Maintenance.

We are currently seeking an experienced order picker/packer to join our Upper Coomera warehouse.

Additionally the Role will require you to travel across SE QLD to shopping centres to undertake on site maintenance work. A work vehicle is supplied and all costs are covered by us.

A current LF forklift licence and LO order picker licence is an essential.

This is a permanent position for the right candidate.

Your duties will include (but not limited to):

Accurately picking orders via computer or tablet.
Manual handling.
Packing orders for despatch.
Assembling goods.
Stock Movement within the warehouse.
Unloading containers.
LF and LO forklift operation.
Booking of daily freight.
General warehouse duties.
Shopping Trolley Maintenance
Wheel refurbishment
Successful applicants will possess:

Physically fit with the ability to lift manual handling tasks up to 25kg
A current LF forklift licence and LO Order picker licence.
Previous experience working within a warehouse
Basic understanding of power tools
Display a high level of attention to detail
Basic numerical aptitude whilst maintaining an accurate picking rate
Drivers licence and own reliable transport
Strong work ethic with good organisational & communication skills
Ability to work with a team and independently
You must be willing to undergo a full Medical, inclusive of Drug & Alcohol Screening and Undergo a Federal Police Check.
