Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various warehouse functions, including receiving, storing, and shipping products. Your contributions will help ensure smooth and efficient operations within our warehouse facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Receiving and Storing Products: Unload shipments, inspect inventory, and ensure items are stored properly.
Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping according to established procedures and timelines.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and updating inventory management systems.
Shipping and Receiving: Label and organize packages, process outgoing shipments, and prepare shipping documents.
Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and ensure they meet company quality standards before shipping.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety guidelines, protocols, and procedures to minimize risk and accidents.

Skills and Qualifications:
Licensed forklift driver.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs).
Proficiency in using warehouse equipment.
Basic computer skills (e.g., using warehouse management systems).
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong work ethic with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and walk for long periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment:
Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures depending on the season.
