Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient handling of materials, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience and possess skills in mechanical tasks, assembly, and the use of various tools. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in manufacturing and logistics to develop their skills in a fast-paced setting.

Duties

Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory accurately
Measuring, cutting, and preparing wooden boards and pallets for use in packaging (i.e. rough carpentry)
Packaging products in wooden crates for export
Operate forklifts and power tools safely to move materials throughout the warehouse
Assist with assembly and disassembly of products using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
Maintain organized storage areas to optimize space utilization
Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and labeling items
Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any issues
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Support inventory management through regular stock counts and documentation
Perform routine pickups and deliveries to and from vendors and clients
Qualifications

Previous warehouse experience preferred, especially in manufacturing or logistics environments
Proficiency with forklift operation is highly desirable; certification is a plus
Mechanical knowledge and experience with assembly processes are advantageous
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in warehouse tasks
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and stand for extended periods
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and safety awareness
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Basic understanding of warehouse management systems or inventory software is beneficial
G level licensing
This role is vital to maintaining smooth warehouse operations, supporting production workflows, and ensuring timely delivery of products. We value proactive individuals who are eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
