Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Bright Futures Health

Bright Futures Health is a growing multidisciplinary pediatric clinic dedicated to helping children and families reach their fullest potential. We take pride in offering a warm, collaborative environment where professionals are valued for their expertise and passion for making a difference.
We are currently seeking a caring and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a supportive network of clinicians who share a commitment to excellence in child development and family-centered care.
What You’ll Do:
Provide assessment, treatment, and consultation services for children with speech, language, communication, and social-pragmatic needs
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including social workers, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists
Develop individualized therapy plans to support children and families in achieving meaningful outcomes
Maintain documentation and communication in accordance with regulatory and clinic standards
Offer services through a hybrid model, including in-home visits and virtual sessions, with flexible scheduling options
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Registration in good standing with the College of Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists of Ontario (CASLPO)
Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills
A compassionate, client-centered approach to care
Interest in pediatric and family-focused therapy
Experience in private practice or clinical settings is an asset, but not required – new graduates are warmly encouraged to apply
