Job Description

We are looking for an Operations & IT Associate to support the optimization of our logistics workflows and system processes. This role is designed for someone who understands real-world logistics operations and can translate business needs into structured system logic.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and organize end-to-end logistics workflows, including pickup, line-haul, delivery, and returns
Bridge the gap between operations and IT, ensuring business processes are correctly reflected in system logic
Break down complex operational problems and convert them into clear, actionable system requirements
Work closely with technical teams on implementation, testing, and API-related tasks
Create structured documentation, SOPs, and process flowcharts to support internal operations
Identify root causes of operational issues and provide clear, logical solutions and recommendations
Support daily operational troubleshooting with a strong understanding of logistics scenarios
Qualifications

Fluent in English and Chinese
Background in Computer Science or related field
Strong logical thinking with the ability to structure complex workflows clearly
Experience participating in system or development projects (API, data flow, workflow logic, etc.)
Must-have (Key Screening Criteria):

Hands-on experience in logistics / supply chain / e-commerce operations
Solid understanding of real operational scenarios (e.g., delivery exceptions, routing, returns handling)
Strong Plus:

Ability to create clear flowcharts and structured documentation
Strong problem analysis skills — able to quickly identify core issues and communicate effectively
Experience working between business and technical teams
