Duties
• Assist the Executive Chef and Director of Operation in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Support staff management through employee orientation, training, and development initiatives
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and resolving customer inquiries promptly
• Manage inventory control and stock replenishment.
