The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Specialist to take ownership of marketing execution and drive measurable growth.
This is a doer role, not just strategy.
You will be responsible for generating leads, creating high-quality content, and improving performance across all marketing channels.

What You’ll Own
1. Content Creation (Core Focus)
Capture high-quality photo and video content of real projects
Produce engaging content for ads, social media, and website use
Edit and deliver polished, on-brand visuals
Build and maintain a structured content library
2. Lead Generation & CRM Optimization
Manage and improve lead funnels, landing pages, and forms
Build and optimize automations, follow-ups, and nurture sequences
Ensure accurate lead tracking and attribution
Work with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates
3. Campaign Execution
Plan and execute seasonal campaigns (spring installs, holiday lighting, off-season offers)
Launch campaigns across social, email, SMS, and ads
Coordinate timelines and ensure smooth execution
4. Social Media & Brand Growth
Manage and grow Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
Create and maintain a consistent content schedule
Engage with the audience (comments, messages, reviews)
Ensure strong, consistent brand presence
5. Performance & Optimization
Track and report on key metrics (cost per lead, conversion rates, ROI)
Continuously improve campaign performance
Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and revenue
6. Sales & Dealer Support
Create marketing tools and content to support sales and dealer growth
Assist with dealer onboarding and marketing resources
Help improve conversion tools and messaging
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in a hands-on marketing role
Strong experience in photo/video content creation (required)
Proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation
Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (ads, funnels, basic SEO)
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

What We Offer
$55,000 – $80,000 salary (based on experience)
