The Role
As a Front Office Attendant, you’ll be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience from arrival to departure. This role suits someone who enjoys customer service, organisation and working as part of a close-knit team in a remote, seasonal environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing guest check-ins and check-outs
Handling phone, email and face-to-face enquiries
Assisting with reservations and guest requests
Liaising with housekeeping and other resort departments
Providing local and resort information to guests
About You
You enjoy helping people and staying organised in a busy environment. Experience is not essential attitude and willingness to learn are key.
You will bring:
Friendly, professional communication skills
Basic computer confidence
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
A team-focused and reliable approach
