What you’ll do:

Lead your team shoulder-to-shoulder, driving standards in presentation, stock flow, and service
Manage sales, costs, and staff performance with confidence
Build a capable team that understands clear expectations
Guide your store through operational change as we strengthen capability

Retail leadership experience in fast-paced environments
A hands-on approach with strong operational discipline
Confidence in holding people accountable
Team-first mindset and resilience to lead through change
