Job Description

We are seeking an internal Parts Interpreter/Store Person to join our team, based out of our Cranbourne branch.


Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service to efficiently take branch sales

Respond to phone calls, assisting customers & account managers to optimize sales

Process invoices & credits as required

Maintain goods, pallet racking & shelving – including undertaking stock counts when required


Qualifications

Your Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills with a customer service focus

An ability to work in a driven and diverse team environment

Good attention to detail

Previous parts interpreter experience or experience with automotive / mechanical or electrical parts would be an advantage

Flexible and adaptable with a willingness to work in all areas of the business
