Security CIT Courier

Corporate Security Group Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our Melbourne-based team as a Courier for our Cash-in-Transit (CIT) Logistics services. This role involves the secure movement of cash, change orders, and valuable cargo. It’s ideal for those looking to contribute to a high-security, dynamic work environment at a fast covert pace. Operations are Discreet use of unmarked vehicles.

Must be highly reliable.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general CIT banking collections and deliveries across Melbourne (Eastern, Western, and Northern suburbs).
Service and replenish ATMs, including First Line Maintenance.
Handle high-value goods collections and deliveries.
Operate soft-skin, non-armoured vehicles while maintaining a high level of security awareness.
Ensure attention to detail and strict adherence to security protocols.
Working Hours:

Shift Pattern: Primarily Wednesday & Friday to begin with; additional Monday shifts may follow for successful candidates.
Location: Commencing from Laverton North, covering various suburbs across Melbourne.
Approximate Total Weekly Hours: 8-25 hours.
Key Requirements:

Current Victorian Driver’s Licence (mandatory).
Victorian Security Licence (highly advantageous but not essential).
Professional appearance and demeanour.
Strong attention to detail, with heightened awareness of security procedures.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness to undergo a criminal history and credit check if successful.
Cash handling experience (daily cash float, including counting and balancing; training provided).
Ability to provide efficient solutions to client inquiries and issues.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Demonstrated proficiency in numeracy and attention to detail.
Training:

Onsite and on-the-job training will be provided to the successful candidate. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not required.
