Bupa North Rocks is a modern care home set in a historic outer suburb of north-west Sydney surrounded by beautiful bush scenery and local reserves. It nears Lake Parramatta, North Parramatta shops and Westmead hospital. It consists of 124 beds, with various care units. Our primary goal is delivering person centered care focusing on the health, lifestyle and well-being of our residents. We have a diverse team of staff with great experience in Aged care. What will you bring?

Min Certificate 3 qualification in either; Ageing, Individual Support, Care or Disability

A passion and energy for world class care

Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes
