TAMBURINS is a brand dedicated to sensory communication beyond customary experience through content that reinterprets various artistic elements, including objects, paintings, and performances, within a narrative-driven, exhibition-style space.
NUDAKE is an F&B brand that redefines dessert culture with its ‘Make New Fantasy’ ethos.

It creates novel desserts by integrating elements of fashion and art, transporting consumers to a new fantasy. By experimenting with and creating content that diverges from conventional processes and norms, NUDAKE delivers a message to consumers beyond the F&B experience.

ATiiSSU is a distinctive fashion headwear brand that presents timeless innovation through experimental design and its unique aesthetic worldview, changing the concept of category. “Timeless” represents classic details that transcend the passage of time, while “Issue” symbolizes innovative design that traverses the boundaries of fashion, ultimately redefining the fashion headwear category.

We are actively looking for talented individuals to join us at Gentle Monster as Full-time Sales Associates and be part of a superstar team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of fashion and creativity.

Location: Chadstone - Melbourne

Schedule: Sundays to Thursdays, 38 hours a week.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Sales Associate is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. We seek a passionate and self-motivated individual with an appreciation and understanding of fashion and individuality.

Key accountabilities

Actively engage with customers by identifying needs, relaying product and brand information, and providing prompt assistance.
Support an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration with peers, supervisors, and clientele.
Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to changes to meet the needs of the business
Actively participate in merchandising projects (i.e., daily stock maintenance, floor change, inventory)
Complete daily operational tasks including maintenance of sales floor, stock areas.
Assist Store Management and colleagues with driving store initiatives.
Demonstrates professional appearance and conduct; upholds the brand style and dress code.
Actively support securing company assets through effective Loss Prevention in compliance with company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Experience

Chinese (Mandarin) speaking is a plus.
Team Player.
A strong commitment to customer service and teamwork.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent brand and product knowledge.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Experience in Luxury Retail/ Fashion / Eyewear is a plus.
