We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Commercial Roofing Helper to join our team. As a Helper, you will assist our roofing crew with various tasks on commercial roofing projects. Your performance will directly lend to the quality and efficiency of roofing installations, repairs and maintenance jobs. Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of commercial roofing materials including TPO, EPDM, PVC, MOD-BIT, metal, shingles etc..
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment for any given project.
Support roofing crews by ensuring work areas are organized, clean, and safe.
Perform general labor duties such as carrying materials, securing ladders, and setting up scaffolding.
Remove old roofing materials during repairs or replacements.
Help with the preparation of roofing areas by applying underlayment, adhesives, or sealants.
Maintain and clean tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
Provide additional assistance as needed by the Project Manager.
Qualifications:

Some experience in construction or roofing is preferred but not required.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors.
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is highly preferred.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.
Required to be a team player and assist in any way necessary to complete each project to the very best of your ability.
MUST be reliable and/or communicative with your supervisor at all times.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and squat for extended periods.
Comfortable working in high, elevated, and sometimes unstable environments.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 lbs throughout the day.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
