Job Title: Container Devanning – Physical Work (Paid Per Container)

Location: Auckland & Christchurch
Job Type: Casual / As required
Pay: From $24.25 per hour (earn up to $60/hr depending on speed) + 8% holiday pay (rates are set to increase on 1 April 2026)

We’re a 12-year-old labour hire business specialising in supplying container devanners and general labour to logistics and warehousing clients across Auckland and Christchurch. We’ve provided hundreds of students, athletes, and postgrads with flexible, well-paid work — perfect for fitting around study, sport, or travel plans.

About the Role

You’ll be unloading shipping containers and stacking products onto pallets.
This is a hands-on, physical job, perfect for those who enjoy active work and teamwork.

Duties include:

Moving product from inside the shipping container onto pallets

Repetitive lifting (10–25kg)

Reading product codes/SKUs and sorting correctly

Working efficiently and safely as part of the MoreStaff team

What We’re Looking For

Physically fit and comfortable with repetitive lifting

Reliable, punctual, and willing to work hard

Able to follow strict health & safety procedures

Friendly and professional with clients

Access to Facebook (for rostering and job updates)

Steel cap boots and high-vis gear are a bonus

Must be able to pass a pre-employment or random drug & alcohol test

Casual contract basis — work is available depending on client demand.
Workload increases over summer, so plenty of opportunities for extra shifts.
