Marketing, Sales & Leadership Trainee

We’re currently hiring on behalf of our client, a fast-growing marketing and sales firm that specializes in face-to-face customer acquisition through retail events and in-store promotions. With continued expansion, they are looking to bring on motivated individuals ready to grow into leadership roles.

This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are eager to build a career in marketing, sales, and team leadership. No prior experience is required, just a strong work ethic, great communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What You’ll Do
• Represent client brands in retail locations and event-based environments
• Engage in face-to-face customer interactions to promote products and services
• Assist customers with product knowledge, promotions, and enrollment
• Support daily sales and marketing campaigns inside high-traffic retail settings
• Help drive customer acquisition and brand awareness
• Work closely with leadership to develop sales strategies and team performance
• Participate in ongoing training focused on leadership, sales, and business development
