Counter Sales Representative – Roofing & Construction Materials (Bilingual)

Location: Miami, FL

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Pay: $20/hour + 2% Commission

We are hiring a Counter Sales Representative with experience in roofing, flooring, or construction materials.

This is a hands-on role working directly with contractors, walk-in customers, and daily material orders. Ideal for someone who has worked in a supply house, distributor, or building materials environment and understands fast-paced counter sales.

What You’ll Do
• Assist walk-in contractors with material orders and product selection
• Sell roofing, waterproofing, flooring, and related construction materials
• Create invoices, quotes, and process orders using QuickBooks
• Handle incoming calls and order requests
• Maintain awareness of inventory and product availability
• Coordinate with warehouse for pickups and deliveries
• Build relationships with repeat contractor clients

What We’re Looking For
• Experience in roofing, flooring, or construction materials sales
• Previous counter sales or supply house experience strongly preferred
• Experience using QuickBooks (required)
• Comfortable handling invoices, orders, and inventory
• Bilingual English / Spanish required
• Strong customer service and communication skills
