Double Dribble group marketing department is looking for an individual that loves a challenge and joining us achieving marketing targets of 10 local brands. The ideal candidate will be able to stay organised following plans and lead our multiple brands online presences by staying current and engaging in each brand personality. Work with manager and designer to adapt to the market and adjust efficiently to priorities in multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Take video contents following instructions, make posters with brand guides &appearing on camera and directing others in content shoots; work with multiple teams and brands.
Edit & Schedule contents following annual plan and platforms, including ads with budget and cost /time tracking, occasional weekend and nights.
Generate Reports and coordinate with events/clients representing the best of business, review and revise.
Growth path:

initiative to learn from patterns and multiply in brands, lead and results driven.
work professionally with content creators and colab, keep engagements, KPI tracking
re purpose and re target from analytical data, with professional tools to evaluate marketing business results.
A successful candidate in this role would have:

excellent time management clocking per client per task, and proactively follow up in project management
experience in similar roles especially in succesfull online campaigns or offline events(with floor support)
an outgoing personality and great attitude to learn; driven by project resutls and timeline to achieve marketing goals
understand this is to co-manage 10+ brands on a variety of platforms, in Christchurch
can complete simple .indd .ai edit/ poster design and canva with brand templates where needed(with design assets)
understanding of hospitality needs, work with their team operations and timings
self organised by project time lines, lead following strategies, understand pros& cons of trends vs measurable hospitality results in marketing 4ps and cycles

Day to day at the initial stage for juniors looks like:

Social media story and reels for our city centre hospitality sites in front of cameras monthly
Customer social media engagement, google review response, online venue listings update and promotions update on multiple platforms
Analyse, review and report to clients monthly with trackable data and improvement
Sponsor/colab reaching out to organisations and poster design & printing with templates.
Website & digital platforms updates& maintenance, multi social scheduling following plans.
Qualifications

Great at using shortcuts in Capcut on Mac, Adobe and Google drive/suites

This is a partime/ full time role with events coordination and directing scenes, with occasional nights and weekends required for events going live. Mac computer provided for work, and staff discount for all of our venues, staff party, food tasting, opportunity to participate in festivals and events .. would be fun for those who's willing to take a challenge!

You must be a resident and CURRENTLY LOCATED in Christchurch, New Zealand.
Office & venues located in the city centre.
