✅ Growth opportunity – Learn property investment, marketing, and acquisition from the ground up
✅ Varied work (hands on and behind the scenes support) and flexible hours – 10–30 hrs/week, $25–$35/hr depending on experience
✅ Supportive environment – Work directly with an active property investor, project manager and a contracted team of professional
You’ll start by supporting renovation and maintenance work, with the chance to grow into higher-level responsibilities as you develop.

Hands-on work (50–80%):

Demolition, painting, gardening, and landscaping
Moving materials, dump runs, and supply pickups (ideally full licence and able to drive a trailer)
Property staging and preparation before sale
Growth areas (20–50% over time):

Admin and coordination support
Marketing content, photography, home staging and listings
Property deal sourcing, research, and acquisitions
You’ll need to:

Be physically fit, reliable, and proactive
Have some experience in maintenance, building, cleaning and labouring
Be curious about property investment and business
Be detail-oriented and able to work both solo and in a small team
Be reliable, trustworthy, have own transport etc
(Bonus) Confident with a trailer, power tools etc
