We are recruiting a Sales and Marketing Trainee in Glasgow to support customer acquisition, brand promotion, and campaign delivery.

This position offers hands-on experience across both sales and marketing, providing a clear understanding of how products are positioned, how customers are engaged, and how results are generated.

The role

You will be involved in the delivery of campaigns and customer-facing activity, including:
• Representing brands and engaging directly with customers
• Supporting marketing campaigns and promotional activity
• Contributing to customer acquisition and sales performance
• Understanding how messaging, positioning, and results connect
• Working with a team to improve outcomes and overall performance

This is a practical role where you are involved in live activity, not observing from the sidelines.

Development

The focus of this role is on building capability across both sales and marketing.

You will develop:
• A strong understanding of customer behaviour and engagement
• The ability to communicate effectively in professional environments
• Insight into how campaigns are executed and measured
