Duties

Perform comprehensive residential cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
Organize cluttered spaces by sorting, decluttering, and implementing effective storage solutions tailored to client needs.
Handle laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing clothing and linens with care and efficiency.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness across all areas, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces.
Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients about their preferences and ensuring their satisfaction.
Utilize floor care techniques such as carpet cleaning, polishing hardwoods, or tile maintenance to keep floors looking pristine.
Support additional tasks like light cooking or meal prep if required, demonstrating versatility in home care services.
Qualifications

Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; janitorial or hotel housekeeping experience is highly valued.
Familiarity with various cleaning tools and products, including carpet cleaners and floor care equipment.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to listen to client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices for maintaining hygienic environments.
Ability to manage time efficiently while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Experience with laundry services and basic household organization techniques.
Nice-to-have skills include commercial cleaning experience, housekeeper management skills, or experience in hotel or hospitality settings.
