Requirements

Previous cleaning experience (residential, commercial, or post-construction)
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver's license
Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
Active business liability insurance
Pass a background check
Strong communication skills and professionalism
Ability to follow cleaning checklists and client instructions
Duties May Include

Residential standard and deep cleaning
Commercial & office cleaning
Post-construction cleanups
Move-in/move-out cleanings
Sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, restocking supplies, etc.
Following safety and cleaning protocols
