Duties

Greet and assist guests arriving during night hours with friendly, professional service, ensuring a positive experience.
Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, including billing, payments, and account adjustments to ensure accuracy.
Prepare detailed reports on daily revenue, occupancy, and guest feedback to support management decision-making.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly using excellent phone etiquette and multilingual communication skills when needed.
Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, conducting safety checks around the property, and controlling access points for staff and visitors.
Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and ensure the hotel’s smooth overnight operation.
Qualifications

Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations, preferably in a front desk or night audit role.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
Knowledge of hotel management systems, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures.
Excellent attention to detail for financial audits and report preparation.
Ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.
Familiarity with resort or hotel environments is preferred; previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles is essential.
