Duties

Welcome and assist guests during late-night check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and warmth
Manage front desk operations, including handling multi-line phone systems and providing accurate information about hotel amenities and services
Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions, reservations, and billing to ensure accuracy and completeness
Address guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance overall guest satisfaction
Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and audit documentation to ensure seamless communication between shifts
Support guest services by coordinating special requests, providing local information, and assisting with luggage or transportation needs
Experience

Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles is highly preferred
Proven background in night audit procedures or front desk operations within a resort or hotel environment
Multilingual skills or bilingual abilities are a strong asset for engaging with diverse guests
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, phone etiquette, and front desk technology tools
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in financial reconciliation and record keeping
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high energy levels and professionalism

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
