Responsibilities

Develop and produce engaging content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, to boost brand awareness and customer interaction
Manage social media accounts using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics
Design eye-catching graphics and promotional materials utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite to highlight products and services
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve online visibility across search engines and e-commerce platforms
Create compelling blog posts, newsletters, and web content that reflect the shop’s branding voice and attract local customers
Utilize social listening tools such as Google Analytics to gather insights on audience preferences, trends, and feedback for continuous content optimization
Capture high-quality photographs and videos of print projects, events, or behind-the-scenes activities to enrich multimedia content offerings
Collaborate with the marketing team on public relations initiatives and advertising campaigns, including Facebook Advertising campaigns
Requirements

Proven experience in content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for designing visual content
Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics
Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics tools like Google Analytics
Knowledge of social listening platforms to monitor brand reputation and customer feedback effectively
Ability to produce high-quality photography and video editing using relevant software or equipment
Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written materials
Experience with Facebook Advertising or other digital advertising platforms is a plus
