As a Mail Operations Pharmacy Technician focusing on Credit and Collections, you'll play a vital role in managing overdue accounts to reduce outstanding debts. Your primary responsibilities will include researching member inquiries about their financial accounts via phone, helping them navigate payment options for past due amounts, and setting up recurring payments. You'll also communicate trends and issues, working independently within established guidelines.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fulfill the following duties:
• Make outbound calls to members regarding billing inquiries, payment plans, credit card declines, and outstanding account balances.
• Address customer concerns, which may involve complex financial questions, and provide resolutions while recording necessary details for future reference.
• Process Part B claims for PDP members.
• Handle Grants processing.

Essential Qualifications:
• Active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the relevant state.
• National Certification from PTCB as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CphT).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Genuine passion for enhancing consumer experiences.
• Proficiency in navigating computer programs and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong verbal and listening communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED.
• National Certification from PTCB as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CphT).
Additional Information:
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 4:30 pm MST.
This is a remote position, but you may need to travel occasionally to Humana's offices for training or meetings.
Weekly Hours: 40
Salary Range:
The starting base pay for this full-time position ranges from $40,000 to $52,300 per year, dependent on geographic location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
