We are excited to announce an opening for a Data Center Commissioning Specialist to work with leading technology companies in a high-impact role. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring state-of-the-art facilities, such as data centers and large-scale infrastructure, operate at their best from day one.

In this role, you will:
• Oversee daily commissioning activities with efficiency and accountability.
• Conduct in-depth pre-functional and functional testing to validate system integrity.
• Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Advocate for quality and reliability to secure future business with satisfied partners.

We are looking for professionals with a strong background in commissioning who thrive in fast-paced and collaborative settings. Ideal candidates should have:
• At least 3 years of experience in commissioning.
• Solid knowledge of pre-functional and functional commissioning practices.
• Experience with mechanical and electrical systems.
• The ability to lead projects and proactively tackle various tasks to meet client needs.
• A strong inclination towards marketing and business development to attract new clients.
• Skills in investigating and troubleshooting issues to find effective solutions.
• Construction experience is preferred.

We offer competitive compensation that varies based on experience, qualifications, and location, with a Minnesota and Illinois pay range of $85,000-$140,000 USD.
