Join Our Team as a Data Center Turnover Coordinator

Are you ready to play a crucial role in the construction of state-of-the-art data centers? As a Data Center Turnover Coordinator, you will be responsible for facilitating the smooth and secure transition of new data center capacity from construction to operational status. In this pivotal position, you will act as the key point of contact among developers, general contractors, vendors, and Oracle’s operations team, ensuring that all necessary documentation, including as-builts, commissioning test records, compliance certifications, and O&M manuals, is accurate and ready on schedule.

Key Responsibilities include:
• Turnover & Operational Readiness: Manage the phased turnover of data center capacity, ensuring safety, security, and operational readiness at each stage. Oversee the accuracy and timely delivery of all turnover documentation.
• Training Coordination: Schedule and facilitate training sessions with vendors to equip operations teams for a seamless transition.
• Quality and Compliance Oversight: Conduct quality control processes and site walks to ensure that all work meets Oracle's stringent standards.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Serve as a communication bridge among all stakeholders, providing timely updates and resolution of any issues that may arise.
• Continuous Improvement: Review and refine operational processes, capturing lessons learned to enhance future turnover activities.
• Documentation Management: Oversee the assembly and approval of turnover packages, ensuring all documentation and inspections are complete before acceptance.
• Post-Turnover Support: Remain a point of contact during the stabilization period post-handoff to address any operational issues swiftly.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field, or equivalent technical experience.
• 3-5+ years of experience in data center or large-scale infrastructure construction, turnover, or commissioning.
• Strong understanding of relevant documentation, operational readiness requirements, and quality standards.
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

If you are passionate about data center construction and want to contribute to cutting-edge operations, we encourage you to apply and join a team dedicated to innovation and excellence.
