Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician to join our team. You will work with individuals, particularly children, with autism or developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans and provide support.
Responsibilities
• Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect data on individuals' behaviors during sessions
• Assist in the development of individualized treatment goals
• Collaborate with the treatment team to provide feedback and progress reports
• Utilize applied behavior analysis ( and reduce challenging behaviors
• Maintain accurate and timely session notes and documentation
Experience
Required Skills:
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Familiarity with medical terminology and medical records
• Compassionate and patient approach when working with children
• Proficiency in medical documentation and record-keeping
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 - $32.00 per hour
