Senior Quality Manager - Customer Liaison

Job Description Summary

As a Senior Quality Manager focusing on process improvements, you will play a crucial role in shaping projects and ensuring that products are developed with robust quality measurement systems. Your goal will be to minimize the risk of poor quality and enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
• Oversee non-conformance issues, monitor customer satisfaction, and drive preventive and corrective actions.
• Utilize specialized expertise to influence the development of strategies in your department and effectively manage resources.
• Lead functional teams or projects, conveying complex concepts clearly and offering alternative perspectives to support improved outcomes.
• Impact team performance by helping to meet service, quality, and timeliness goals while providing valuable insights to management.
• Use strong judgment to tackle complex tasks and problems, ensuring the evaluation of information is thorough and leads to informed decision-making.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years in projects/process improvement, along with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, paired with strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Master's Degree preferred, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrates humility, transparency, focus, and strong decision-making capabilities.
• An analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills.
• Experienced in project management and able to effectively document, plan, and execute initiatives.
• The base pay range for this role is $137,000.00 - $228,400.00 USD annually, alongside an annual discretionary bonus based on base salary or commission. This position is expected to close on 03/27/2026.
